As far as Oldskool Rave/Breakbeat Hardcore go... there is no questioning that John Graham was one of it's greatest producers, everything he did for White House & his own Skanna label [aside from Skanna 11 which i've never found/heard] is amazing, not just good, nor great, but amazing... he perfectly blends together heavy breakbeats and lushious instruments/samples, which would explain why his records now go for so much.
